Brought my first business computer from them 18 months ago, and 2 more computers about 6 months ago.
They may not be the cheapest but they use quality parts, are full of great advice and the aftersales is second to none.
I’ve been fine to run in items that I’ve had problems getting working, or for a quick look at to see ‘how broken’ an old computer or laptop might be. they also offer an additional on-going help & maintenance service at additional cost and they have still been very helpful without me going for this option (but they will charge me for call outs – fair enough!)
These guys are a great local company who seem to view providing a computer to be a service and not just a product that has every penny stripped out of it. If you only care about price go to a faceless online company, if you want small local business service and if your near Stratford-upon-Avon then these guys are well worth checking out.

My very old computer died on me with very little warning. Not being very computer literate, I didn’t know where to turn so I called in at the G and R shop in the Minories. What a find!! Gary was SO helpful, sorted me out with a second-hand replacement at a very reasonable cost, and then sorted everything for me to just plug in and go.

What a find! Such personal attention! I would highly recommend this company without reservation. What I thought was going to be a dreadful experience turned out to be a very simple procedure (although I did hound Gary a few times to sort out where I plugged everything in!) He even gave me a lesson on how to use Windows 10.
